    Our Manufacturing Foundation

    Our story began with the establishment of our manufacturing operations, building experience in footwear production, product development, and quality control.

  2. The 1980s

    A Shared History with HANDMEN®

    Throughout the 1980s, HANDPOINT® and HANDMEN® shared the same manufacturing and product-development history. This period established the production experience behind both brands.

  3. 1992

    An Independent International Brand

    HANDPOINT® began operating independently for overseas markets, entering retail stores across the Eastern United States and expanding into North America and Europe.

  4. 1992–1998

    A Complete Men’s Collection

    HANDPOINT® developed a broader men’s collection that included footwear, suits, scarves, ties, and coordinated accessories.

  5. 2000

    Expanding into E-Commerce

    HANDPOINT® began developing online sales and gradually expanded across major e-commerce marketplaces.

  6. After the Financial Crisis

    Adapting to Retail Change

    As traditional department stores closed and payment collection became increasingly difficult, HANDPOINT® restructured its retail and distribution strategy.

  7. 2011

    Direct Sales Relaunched

    HANDPOINT® restarted its direct-to-customer business, combining its manufacturing background with modern online sales channels.

  8. Today

    Footwear at the Core

    Today, HANDPOINT® is a direct-sales platform centered on work shoes and work boots, supported by workwear and related products. We also develop partnerships with independent retailers, distributors, and mobile sales operators across the United States.
