One operating platform connects technology, managed brands, qualified manufacturing, U.S.-based inventory and domestic fulfillment.

One platform · Three connected systems

The operating infrastructure behind private-brand commerce.

HANDPOINT combines technology, supply-chain execution and managed brand assets so qualified partners can build durable businesses across approved North American sales channels.

Technology

Centralized product data, inventory visibility, order routing, fulfillment tracking and operating workflows.

Supply Chain

Product development, qualified manufacturing, quality control, U.S. inventory, domestic fulfillment and returns.

Managed Brands

DQ GROUP-controlled trademarks, defined authorization, brand-specific product identification, packaging and sales assets.

The DQ GROUP operating foundation

Four capabilities behind every approved partnership.

Our partner program is supported by physical infrastructure, operating technology, controlled brand assets and direct manufacturing capabilities—not by a product list alone.

U.S. warehousing

Selected inventory is positioned in the United States to support domestic fulfillment, shipment tracking and defined return procedures.

Order and fulfillment systems

Centralized product, inventory, order and tracking workflows help partners operate with clearer data and repeatable processes.

Managed trademark portfolio

DQ GROUP controls the trademark structure and provides approved partners with defined brand authorization, product identification and packaging requirements.

Manufacturing and supply chain

Direct product-development, factory and quality-control capabilities support consistent specifications, replenishment and long-term assortment planning.

Current operating proof

U.S. inventory today. A broader workwear and PPE platform under development.

Our three-year operating roadmap

Building a scalable U.S. work-footwear distribution ecosystem.

Over the next three years, DQ GROUP plans to expand the operating capacity behind its private-brand distribution program while maintaining product quality, channel discipline and sustainable unit economics.

100 qualified supply partners

Develop a reviewed network of manufacturing partners supporting work footwear, adjacent occupational products and relevant accessories.

5,000 approved distribution partners

Build toward 5,000 qualified partners, with a target of approximately 1,500 monthly active sellers generating consistent, valid orders.

Dual-coast U.S. fulfillment

Expand from the West Coast toward an East Coast fulfillment presence, targeting delivery within four business days for 90%–95% of eligible continental U.S. orders.

300,000 catalog records

Support up to 300,000 distributable product and variant records while managing approximately 20,000–30,000 active stocked SKUs based on demand and inventory performance.

$200 million annual GMV run rate

Work toward a $200 million annual gross merchandise value run rate by the end of year three through active partners, repeat purchasing and scalable fulfillment.

Measured, controlled growth

Scale by partner activity, inventory turns, delivery performance, product compliance and contribution margin—not by registrations or catalog size alone.

Roadmap notice: These figures are operating targets, not guarantees. Timing and results depend on partner performance, inventory availability, carrier service, product requirements, market conditions and sustainable unit economics.

Program FAQ

Before you apply

Do partners need to purchase a full container or hold their own warehouse inventory?

No. Approved products may be fulfilled from available U.S. inventory under the applicable partner terms. Inventory availability is not guaranteed for every style, size or channel.

Can I sell under my own existing trademark?

Brand structure is reviewed individually. Products, physical branding, packaging and listing information must remain consistent. An existing trademark does not automatically qualify for the program.

Does DQ GROUP guarantee marketplace approval or sales?

No. Each platform controls its own approvals and policies, and each partner controls its own seller account and marketing. DQ GROUP does not guarantee account approval, listing approval, ranking or sales results.

Who handles returns and customer service?

The responsibility split depends on the approved channel and agreement. Partners normally manage front-end customer communication, while eligible warehouse returns follow the program's return procedures.

Can the trademark or program access be transferred to another seller?

No. Brand authorization is limited to the approved company, store and sales channels and may be suspended or terminated if program standards are not followed.
